FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TALLEY COMMUNICATIONS CORP ONE OF THE DISTRIBUTORS IN THE U.S. TO SUPPLY REDLINE'S FCC APPROVED 3.65 GHz WiMAX PRODUCTS

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA (November 30, 2007) - Talley Communications Corp., a leading distributor of wireless communications infrastructure products, announces it is amont the major U.S. distributors for Redline’s newly FCC approved 3.65 GHz WiMAX products. Redline’s RedMAX™ products will enable operators to establish WiMAX networks in more communities throughout the United States.

“Talley is proud to be chosen by Redline as one of the distributors in the U.S.,” said Rhys Fernandez, Broadband Sales Manager. “The market has been eagerly waiting for FCC approval on 3.65 GHz products. I expect the demand to be extraordinary particularly for rural and underprovided areas,” Fernandez added.

Redline's RedMAX AN-100U is the world's first WiMAX Forum Certified™ base station and subscriber units. Easy to deploy, the RedMAX AN-100U facilitates the rapid provision of new fixed and nomadic wireless broadband services by service providers. The subscriber unit, SU-O, is also the first FCC certified solution ratified for the U.S. Its very low latency ensures reliable delivery of time-sensitive services, including circuit-switched voice traffic, voice-over- Internet Protocol (VoIP), video and prioritized data traffic. The AN-100U design architecture enables 'over-the-air' upgrades in the field and the ability to dynamically “on-the-fly” customize individual Quality of Service (QoS)
settings.

The RedMAX Base Station can be deployed in clusters of up to six (60 degree) sectors, supporting thousands of unique user-data flows and hundreds of simultaneous subscribers per sector. The GPS time synchronization feature ensures efficient use of available spectrum and channels, providing scalable and reliable dense cell deployment of Time Division Duplexing (TDD) base stations radios.
